Pilates focuses on the retraining and recruitment of the stabilizing muscles (core stability) as well as improving posture, strength and flexibility.
Clinical Pilates, combines our Physio’s in-depth, knowledge of the anatomy, with Pilates training. This all means our classes are able to be adjusted, modified to meet your individual needs, based on clinical assessment.
Note: Before starting our clinical Pilates classes, a 1 on 1 individual session is needed to assess your needs.
All classes are a maximum of four people per class.
